CONTRACT

Non refundable holding fee $500 : this reserves a puppy that has been made available until it is ready to leave. 

Payment: Payments are due on the Puppy's ready to leave date unless other arrangements with breeder have been made. If you do not complete the payment for your puppy the puppy will be placed back up for sale. Payments are to be made with Cash, good dog, or zelle. The puppy will not leave with you until the payment is processed. Any wait time will delay you taking the puppy home. 

2 year Guarantee against Congenital or Hereditary Defects

Your puppy is guaranteed against congenital or hereditary defects that are life threatening for a period of 2 years from the date of birth. A veterinarian's written statement to this effect is required within 3 days of diagnosis. A replacement puppy shall be provided at the time of availability. No monies shall be refunded unless the breeder chooses to refund instead of replace. Buyer will have to return their purchased dog or puppy to Brianne Withers (at buyers expense) with the registration papers if provided, health records and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian, and he or she will be replaced at no charge. Any veterinarian bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidia/Giardia, Molera, Hernia, Collapsing Trachea, Patellar Luxation, Breeding ability, Color, Size, temperment, nor against fleas, worms or ear mites due to their recurring nature.

In the event B&D Chihuahuas closes down this guarantee will be voided

 
Sales Agreement

All puppies will be dewormed and have age appropriate vaccines before leaving for their new homes. The puppy is to the best of the breeders knowledge healthy at the time of sale and any issues will be disclosed and accepted prior to pick up. Any issues accepted prior to taking possession of the puppy the breeder is not responsible for vet bills or care to treat. Buyer will not sell, trade, or give away the dog for use in any experiments, laboratory, pet shop or animal broker. Under no circumstances is this dog to be surrendered to an animal shelter or rescue organization. If Buyer can no longer keep or care for the puppy/dog for any reason Breeder is always willing to take them back, No refund or replacement will be given.

Registration Type:

Akc Limited registration: This dog is not to be bred on purpose or accident and any offspring are not eligible for registration. If bred the health guarantee is voided. This dog should be spayed/neutered at 6 months old unless decided by your vet and documentation will need to be provided. Registration will be mailed to you by AKC after being registered by breeder. Name will need to be provided by time of pick up for registration. Registered name will begin with "B&D's".

Akc Full registration: Registration will be mailed to you by AKC after being registered by breeder. Name will need to be provided by time of pick up for registration. Breeding rights/full registration will need to be agreed to by breeder before signing of this contract. Registered name will begin with "B&D's".

No papers: This dog is not to be bred on purpose or accident. If bred the health guarantee is voided. This dog should be spayed/neutered at 6 months old unless decided by your vet and documentation will need to be provided. No registration papers are being provided. 

Ckc registration: puppy will leave with full ckc registration. Spay/neuter not required but incouraged for pet puppies. 

Failure to spay/neuter your puppy at 6 months old or provide documentation showing it needs to be postponed will result in voiding the health guarantee on puppies sold with akc limited registration or no papers
